Timeless homes, reimagined.

Every house has an original story.

Good renovation is an act of stewardship—not reinvention. Our work is to uncover what has always been there, honoring a home's character, craftsmanship, and original intent while thoughtfully adapting it for today.

Beach Street

Constructed in the aftermath of the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, this Edwardian duplex was carefully renewed with respect for its history. Original proportions, period details, and timeless materials guided every decision, allowing the home to evolve while remaining true to its character.

Prospect

A century-old hunting lodge in Ross Valley, Prospect had lost much of its original character through successive remodels. Rather than reinvent it, we uncovered the home's English country-house roots, restoring its architectural integrity and allowing it to feel as though it has aged gracefully through the decades.

About Alexis

Alexis Georgeson is the founder of Georgeson Collective, bringing together a career in building world-changing companies with a lifelong passion for creating beautiful homes. After executive leadership roles at Tesla, Waymo, and Redwood Materials, Alexis has spent decades leading strategy at some of the world's most innovative companies.

Away from the office, however, she's always been an interior and landscape designer. Raised by endlessly resourceful parents, Alexis grew up covered in sawdust, learning that the best homes are built with creativity, patience, and hard work.

During COVID, she took on her first two full-scale renovations, serving as her own general contractor. What began as a passion project quickly became an obsession. Since then, she's renovated multiple homes, sold and managed rental properties, and designed spaces that blend timeless architecture with collected, livable interiors.
